PricingAPI — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PricingAPI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is an independent project operated by an individual (sole proprietor — "persona física") within the unitycoin.net ecosystem — not by a company or legal entity. 2. The Service

PricingAPI computes prices of financial instruments (compound interest, bond price and duration, NPV/IRR, amortization schedules) with a reproducibility certificate. The engine computes in deterministic takum32 bits; the HTTP output is the exact round-trip decimal of those bits. The same request, against the same engine version, produces the identical result on any machine. Results are served through the MCP protocol from Cloudflare's edge.

Beta. The Service is in beta and provided "as is". Features, packages, prices and quotas may change. There is no service-level agreement during the beta.

Not financial advice. All outputs are deterministic mathematical computations on the inputs you provide. They are not investment, accounting, tax or legal advice, and we make no representation that they are fit for any particular financial decision.

3. Accounts and access

Anonymous free tier — a limited daily quota without registration (currently 10 calls/day), enforced by a rotating anonymous identity.
Registered accounts — login via Cloudflare Access (email + PIN) through an MCP client. Your identity is derived from the authenticated email; you never choose or supply user identifiers.
Machine keys — programmatic access with a pre-shared API key, subject to the same credits system.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and keys confidential and for all usage under your identity.

4. Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid. One credit is consumed per priced instrument call. Failed executions are automatically refunded to your balance.
Credit packages are purchased through our checkout provider; the price shown at checkout is final and inclusive of taxes, which are handled by our Merchant of Record.
Credits do not expire while the Service operates and your account exists.
Credits have no cash value and are not a financial instrument, wallet or store of value. They are a prepaid usage meter for the Service only.

5. Refunds

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Request a refund by writing to info@unitycoin.net with your account email and the purchase reference. We will refund the unused portion of the affected package through the original payment channel (handled by our Merchant of Record). Credits already consumed are not refundable, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

attack, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the Service or its verification mechanisms;
circumvent quotas, signatures, authentication or the credits system;
use the Service for unlawful activity or to misrepresent outputs as our endorsement;
resell access without a separate written agreement.

Verifying determinism by re-executing calls and comparing outputs is not an attack — it is the intended way to check our certificate.

7. Availability and changes

The Service runs on Cloudflare's edge with no scheduled maintenance windows, but during the beta we make no availability guarantees. We may add, modify or remove instruments and features; material adverse changes to paid features will be announced on the site before they take effect.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for intent or gross negligence where such limits are void).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; section 5 (refunds) still applies to unused credits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, after notice where practicable.

10. Governing law

The operator of the Service is a natural person (sole proprietor) resident in the Republic of Colombia. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
